dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na povolání všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část charakterizuje předpoklady pro profesi všeobecných sester, jejich vzdělání a motivaci. Popisuje taktéž faktory, které ovlivňují fluktuaci sester, mimo jiné syndrom vyhoření. Hlavní výzkumnou metodou v praktické části je dotazník, který zkoumá názory všeobecných sester na příčiny deficitu sester v jejich nemocnici. Dále zjišťuje jednotlivé faktory ovlivňující spokojenost či nespokojenost všeobecných sester v zaměstnání, včetně důsledku jejich nedostatku ve vybraných nemocnicích. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření poukazují na faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat fluktuaci všeobecných sester. Praktickou část doplňuje rozhovor s hlavní sestrou Uherskohradišťské nemocnice a.s. Rozhovor je zaměřen na opatření, která nemocnice podniká k udržení přiměřeného počtu personálu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the profession of general nurse. The theoretical part characterizes the prerequisites for the profession of general nurse, their education and motivation. It also describes factors that affect nursing fluctuations, including burnout syndrome. In the practical part the main research method is a questionnaire that examines the views of general nurses on the causes of nurses´ shortage in their hospital. It also examines the various factors influencing the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of nurses at work, including the consequence of their shortage in selected hospitals. The results of the questionnaire survey point to factors that can influence the fluctuation of general nurses. The practical part is completed by an interview with the head nurse of the Uherskohradišťská hospital a.s. The interview focuses on measures taken by the hospital to keep an adequate number of staff.
