dc.description.abstract	Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce bolo optimalizovať proces spracovania servisných činností s využitím systému SAP. Charakteristika systému SAP, spôsob jeho rozširovania a popis významu modelovania pri vytváraní softvéru boli ciele parciálne. Práca sa ďalej zaoberá analýzou súčasného stavu servisného spracovania vo vybranej firme. Zákazník špecifikoval požiadavky, na základe ktorých bol navrhnutý model prípadov použitia. Databáza pre navrhovaný IS pozostáva z 12 tabuliek, ktoré boli vytvorené v ABAP dictionary. Súčasťou práce bola tiež implementácia softvéru v programovacom jazyku ABAP doplnená o užívateľskú príručku. Práca končí vyhodnotením projektu a jeho možným budúcim rozvojom.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of the diploma thesis was to optimize maintenance service task control process using the SAP system. Characteristics of the SAP system, the way of its expansion and description of the importance of modelling during creating software were partial goals. The thesis is also focused on analysing the current state of the service processing in the selected company. The customer specified the requirements and according to them the model of use cases was designed. The database for the proposed IS consists of 12 tables that were created in the ABAP dictionary. A part of the work was also implementation of software in the ABAP programming language, supplemented by a user manual. The work ends with the evaluation of the project and its possible future development.
