dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je influencer marketing na sociální síti Instagram se zaměřením na oblast cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce je zjistit, proč je Instagram v dnešní době důležitá sociální síť pro marketingové účely v oblasti cestování a proč je důležité do marketingové komunikace zapojit influencery, kteří mohou ovlivnit nákupní proces díky komunikaci na Instagramu. Výzkum je založen na hloubkových rozhovorech s influencery, kteří se zaměřují na oblast cestovního ruchu. Další hloubkový rozhovor je uskutečněn přímo s agenturou, která zajišťuje spolupráci mezi influencery a značkami. Výzkum se zaměřuje na vnímání influecer marketingu z pohledu influencerů, na sociální síť Instagram jako nový komunikační kanál pro marketingovou komunikaci a dále se výzkum zaměřuje na to, jakým způsobem se navazují spolupráce mezi influencery a značkou. Na základě výsledků je navržen proces spolupráce mezi značkou a influencery v marketingové kampani na Instagramu a následně navrženo strategické komunikační doporučení pro firmy v oblasti cestovního ruchu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the master thesis is influencer marketing on the social network Instagram with a focus on travel industry. The aim of the thesis is to find out why Instagram is today an important social network for marketing purposes, and why it is important to involve influencers who can influence the buying process through communication on Instagram. The research is based on in-depth interviews with influencers focusing on tourism and travel content. Another in-depth interview is carried out directly with the agency that ensures cooperation between influencers and brands. The research is based on three parts: influencer marketing from influencer point of view, social medium Instagram as a new communication and cooperation between influencers and brands. Based on research results in the thesis is defined process between brand and influencers on the marketing campaign on Instagram and proposed strategic communication recommendation for brands in the travel industry.
