Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá románem Alfreda Döblina Berlín, Alexandrovo náměstí a jeho filmovou adaptací, která vznikla v roce 2020. Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnat literární dílo a adaptaci na základě obsahu a hlavních postav. Dále chci zjistit, jaké prvky proudů literární moderny jsou v románu patrné a zda je možné některé z nich nalézt také v audiovizuálním díle 21. století. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje literární moderně a jejímu historickému kontextu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřená na autory obou děl, jejich tvorbu a jiné adaptace, které na motivy románu vznikly. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vztahem mezi literaturou a filmem a objasňuje podstatu adaptace. Praktická část srovnává obsah a hlavní postavy obou děl a dokládá výskyt typických prvků a motivů různých literárních proudů. Součástí praktické části jsou konkrétní úryvky z románu i z filmu. |

This bachelor thesis deals with Alfred Döblin's novel Berlin Alexanderplatz and its cinematic adaptation, which was produced in 2020. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the literary work and the adaptation based on the content and the main characters. Furthermore, I want to find out what elements of literary modernism are noticeable in the novel and whether some of them can also be found in a 21st century audiovisual work. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to literary modernism and its historical context. The second chapter focuses on the authors of both works, their production and other adaptations that have been made based on the novel. The last chapter deals with the relationship between literature and film and explains the essence of adaptation. The practical part compares the content and main characters of both works and demonstrates the occurrence of typical elements and motifs of different literary movements. The practical part includes specific passages from the novel and the film. |
