dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací učitele a asistenta pedagoga při vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na shrnutí poznatků o inkluzivním vzdělávání a o spolupráci učitele a asistenta pedagoga. Praktická část popisuje realizaci kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu, ve kterém byla využita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s učiteli a asistenty pedagoga. Zjištěná data byla analyzována a interpretována. V závěru práce proběhla diskuze výsledků výzkumu a zpracování doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of a teacher and a teaching assistant in the education of pupils with special educational needs. The theoretical part focuses on summarizing knowledge about inclusive education and about the cooperation of the teacher and teaching assistant. The practical part describes the implementation of qualitatively oriented research, in which the method of semi-structured interviews with teachers and teaching assistants was used. The obtained data were analyzed and interpreted. At the end of the work, there was a discussion of the research results and elaboration of recommendations for pedagogical practice.
