Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem spolupráce učitele a asistenta pedagoga při edukaci dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v mateřské škole. Teoretická část práce popisuje asistenta pedagoga a jeho legislativní ukotvení činnosti v rámci České republiky. Dále definuje pojem učitel a popisuje jeho profesní kompetence. Zaměřuje se také na předškolní vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, spolupráci učitele a asistenta pedagoga a další aktéry spolupráce jako je rodič a SPC. Cílem praktické části je získat informace, jak z pohledu učitelů probíhá spolupráce učitele s asistentem pedagoga v mateřských školách. Výzkumným nástrojem kvantitativního šetření je dotazník. Výzkumný soubor tvoří učitelé mateřských škol ve Zlínském kraji. Výzkum ukázal, že učitelé celkově hodnotí spolupráci s asistenty velmi dobře. Považují asistenty pedagoga za přínosné a zdůrazňují, že by vzdělávání při přítomnosti dítěte se SVP bylo obtížné. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between a teacher and a teaching assistant in the education of children with special educational needs (SEN) in nursery school. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the teaching assistant and his legislative anchoring of the activities within the Czech Republic. It also defines the term teacher and describes his professional competencies. It also focuses on the preschool education of children with special educational needs, the cooperation of the teacher and teaching assistant and other parties involved, such as parents and SENSS. The aim of the practical part is to obtain information on how the cooperation with the teacher's assistant in nursery schools takes place from the teachers' point of view. The research tool of quantitative inquiry is a questionnaire. The research group consists of nursery school teachers in the Zlín region. Research has shown that teachers generally rate cooperation with assistants very well. They consider teaching assistants beneficial and emphasize that education would be difficult in the presence of a child with SEN. |
