dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice využívání organizačních forem výuky v předškolním vzdělávání z pohledu učitelek mateřských škol. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké organizační formy výuky jsou v mateřských školách běžně využívány, jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich volbu a jakým způsobem učitelky plánují vzdělávací činnosti s dětmi. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vývoj a klasifikaci organizačních forem výuky, jejich specifika v předškolním vzdělávání, dále na výukové metody a didaktické principy, které jsou s organizací výuky úzce spjaty. Praktická část práce je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol ze Zlínského kraje, s minimálně tří letou pedagogickou praxí. Výzkumné šetření přineslo přehled používaných organizačních forem, popsalo faktory ovlivňující jejich výběr a ukázalo, jakým způsobem dochází k profesnímu sdílení a spolupráci mezi učitelkami. Výsledky výzkumu byly zpracovány pomocí otevřeného kódování a následné kategorizace dat, z čehož vyplynuly významné poznatky pro praxi. Práce přináší doporučení pro vhodnou organizaci výuky v mateřských školách a zdůrazňuje význam spolupráce, reflexe a profesního růstu pedagogů. Zjištění mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro učitelky v jejich každodenní praxi i pro další odborné diskuze v oblasti předškolního vzdělávání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of using organizational forms of teaching in preschool education from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. The aim of the thesis is to identify which organizational forms are commonly used in kindergartens, what factors influence their selection, and how teachers plan educational activities with children. The theoretical part concentrates on the development and classification of organizational forms of teaching, their specifics in preschool education, as well as teaching methods and didactic principles closely linked to the organization of instruction. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with kindergarten teachers from the Zlín Region, all of whom have at least three years of teaching experience. The research provided an overview of the organizational forms used, described the factors influencing their selection, and revealed how professional sharing and cooperation between teachers take place. The results were processed using open coding and subsequent categorization of data, which led to significant findings for practice. The thesis offers recommendations for the appropriate organization of teaching in kindergartens and emphasizes the importance of collaboration, reflection, and professional development of educators. The findings may serve as inspiration for teachers in their everyday practice and contribute to further professional discussions in the field of preschool education.
