dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy využití projektového managementu ve strojírenské firmě navrhnout doporučení vedoucí k jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části této práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a principy projektového managementu, které objasňují, co to projektový management je a jak funguje. Dále jsou popsány jeho metody a nástroje, a nakonec také jeho významnost pro firmy. V praktické části této práce je popsán profil vybrané strojírenské firmy, analýza využití projektového managementu v této firmě, a nakonec jsou také navrhnuty doporučení ke zlepšení jeho využití. K analýze byly využity zejména metody pozorování a metody polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the use of project management in an engineering firm and to suggest recommendations for its improvement. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the basic concepts and principles of project management are explained to clarify what project management is and how it works. Then its methods and tools are described, and finally its importance for companies. In the practical part of this thesis, the profile of a chosen engineering firm is described, an analysis of the use of project management in this firm is presented, and finally recommendations for its improvement are suggested. For the analysis, mainly observation and semi-structured interview methods were used.
