Práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu organizační struktury na konkurenceschopnost firmy Evektor, spol. s.r.o První část je věnována literární rešerši, v které jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se organizační struktury, její rozdělení a jejich stručný popis. Dále jsem uvedla pojmy z konkurenceschopnosti a kritéria jejího posilování. Praktická část obsahuje metodiku zpracování analýz, stručnou charakteristiku podniku a samotnou analýzu vlivu organizační struktury na konkurenceschopnost a její výsledky. Závěrem jsou uvedena konečná zhodnocení bakalářské práce a některá doporučení firmě. |

This bachelor thesis analyses the influence of organizational structure on competitive advantage in the company Evektor, Ltd. The theoretical part refers to the research on basic notions about organizational structure, its divison and description of the individual compo-nents. Then I examine the competitive adventure in detail and specify criteria of its strenght. The practical part includes the methodology of processing analyses, concise characteristics of the company that is followed by its analysis and implicit results. Finally, the recommendations to the firm are presented together with the thesis evaluation. |
