Tato práce se zabývá technologickými a chemickými vlastnostmi plodů rybízu a zimolezu. V teoretické části jsou popsány oba druhy ovoce, jak po stránce chemické tak i anatomické. Cílem práce bylo zjistit za pomocí chemických metod jejich nutriční složení a následně je porovnat s ostatními druhy ovoce. |
