Sladkovodní řasy mají cenné nutriční složení a vykazují zdraví prospěšné vlastnosti. Již v minulosti byly používány jako potravina. Dnes mají širší využití, ale konzumují se stále. Stravitelnost některých druhů sladkovodních řas je omezena složením buněčné stěny. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlivu dezintegrace buněčných stěn vybraných druhů sladkovodních řas na jejich stravitelnost. |

Freshwater algae have valuable nutritional composition and healthy features. They were used like a food since long time ago. Today, they have wider usage but they are consumed as well. The digestibility of some species of freshwater algae is limited by their cell wall composition. This master thesis is focused on researching effect of disintegration of cell wall of selected species of freshwater algae on their digestibility. |
